Daniel Greer is a rabbi at the Yeshiva of New Haven. Over twenty years ago, Greer learned that annual grant money from the City of New Haven was available for infrastructural improvement. A former First Deputy Commissioner of Ports and Terminals in New York City, Greer jumped at the chance to help the neighborhood around his Yeshiva in any way he could. He applied for and received grant monies from the city and planted trees, a practice that continues today.To Learn More Visit Here:
